Friends and Fitness...

Good evening!

Today was a really good day! I worked out, made a nice breakfast for my little family, spent some quality time at my friends house, managed to cook BBQ beef sandwiches and baked beans, had a friend over, watched television, played the WII with NeeNee, cleaned up some and now I am here!

I had an okay weekend but did some serious cheating on my WW. I ate more than I should, but am back in the grind of things as of this morning! I lost 2 lbs this week and I was happy. Not overly excited, as there are things I could have done a little better. I need to start focusing on my food choices, even though I have been staying within range of my points. I have been working out, took two days off and I was back at it this morning! I have been drinking alot of Diet Cokes and that needs to stop, as drinking water is so much better for me! I probably could have seen a little lower of a number on the scales, had I drank more WATER! So my goal this week is to limit my intake of the sodas, and increase my water. Lets see how I do!
When I woke up this morning, I was SO tired and didnt want to do anything at all except veg out and spend time with my family. I sat on my couch and instantly thought that " I am just going to take another day off from working out and will go tomorrow". NEGATIVE! I immediately got up, put my shoes on and was out the door, on the way to the gym. I was so proud of myself for actually going, because that little voice inside me was pushing me to NOT go! I didnt do as much as I normally do because I was tired, but hey, I still went, got my sweat on and made it through another day at the gym!

Tonight was alot of fun! I had a great friend of mine come over and its 1228AM and she just left! I LOVE getting to spend time with her. She is my twin when it comes to thought processes, beliefs, circumstances and really cheers me on and makes me feel great about myself! I love that girl!

Hope yall have a great week! I am going to workout again in the morning, and if I still am tired, I know its because I always work out late at night. I have the most energy then, and I am not sure why! :)
