Whew! What a CHILLY day outside! It looks as though it would be warm, but when you open the door the wind is fierce and just plain bitter out there! NeeNee woke up at the crack of dawn this morning and told me that she called her Mema and that she wanted to go over there to spend the morning with her. Sooooo I got out of my warm bed, drove her to her Mema's house and ended up staying there for a little bit.
I went to Subway and got a turkey sandwich with honey mustard ( I am a MAYO girl! ) and it had all the fixins that I love love love! Spinach, lettuce, onion, and jalapenos! Baked BBQ Lays and a Diet Coke! Pretty low point lunch and I am still full!
I am still feeling great! I went to a friends house last night and when I got home I was very hungry and very tired, but I still managed to go and do my walk at the gym and I felt great! I was NOT going to have any excuse. I was awake enough to go sit on my behind at her house and chat, so I was determined that I was going to hit the treadmill! The gym was SO BUSY that time of night! I was really shocked, because you would think that most folks would be at home sleeping. I guess they thought the same thing when they were hitting the gym!
Little bit of laundry going and getting ready to clean my kitchen! When the hubs gets home from work tonight, I plan on hitting the treadmill again. It will be my 5th workout this week and I am proud. Friday, I will increase my time and possibly go up in the incline to a level 1. Excited for weighing in too but I am not going to get my hopes up too high, OR my expectations! When I lose my 120 pounds, I am making my dad take me on a trip to Australia. :) What he doesnt know is that he is going to be paying for it too! :) LOL! Love you dad!

You go girl! YOU CAN DO IT!! I usually have music I listen to, or pull up Netflix on the iPad and watch something. Good for you! OH and I LOVE your sister's and your niece's designs. That must have been how I found your blog! LOL
WTG, Aud!!! I am so proud of you! I'm into my third week, and the workouts are now like a dose of medicine, designed to keep the aches away. :) LLLY
